Theory & Practical sessions: Introduction of Yoga, Difference between yoga & physical exercise, five basic practices of yoga, yoga poses, pranayama & meditation, yoga exercise for eyes, yoga Asana – Surya Namaskar, Sarvangaarasana, Halasana etc (more than 20 asana), Pranayama, Meditation & Mantra chanting.
